DIVERSION OF FOOTPATH 520004, WALK MILL, BROUGHTON WEST PARISH


The above Order made or 1 September 2022 will divert the footpath at Walk Mill from the circuitous route between NY 2236 9050 and NY 2250 9047 to a more direct route to the north as shown on the order plan. A copy of the Order and plan may be seen during office hours at South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ, at the Lake District National Park Authority, Wayfaring House, Murley Moss, Oxenholme Road, Kendal, LA9 7RL and at Broughton Information

A copy of the Order and plan may be seen during office hours at South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ, at the Lake District National Park Authority, Wayfaring House, Murley Moss, Oxenholme Road, Kendal, LA9 7RL and at Broughton Information Centre, The Old Town Hall, Broughton-in-Furness LA20 6JF. You can also buy copies from the Authority for £3 each or view online at www.lakedistrict.gov.uk/rowchanges.

Any representations about, or objections to, the order should be sent in writing to the Rights of Way team at the above (LDNPA) address and to nick. thorne@lakedistrict.gov.uk at the above (LDNPA) address; to arrive no later than 7 October
2022.

If we receive none, or if all received are withdrawn, we may confirm an unopposed order. If an order is submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation we will include anyoutstanding representations and objections.
