WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FORTHE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA CUMBRIA COUNTY COUNCIL (PARISH OF KENDAL DISTRICT OF SOUTH LAKELAND) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER (NO 3) 2017
The above named Order made on 28 November 2017 if confirmed will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by adding a new length of public footpath along Lumley Road Kendal in the parish of Kendal. The effect of the Order, if confirmed without modification, will be to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a length of public footpath at Lumley Road Kendal from GR 351068 491000 about 323 metres to gap in wall at GR 350844 491186 where it meets Stonecross Road.
A copy of the Order and map may be inspected free of charge at Kendal library, Stricklandgate, Kendal and the offices of the Countryside Access Team, The Parkhouse Building, Kingmoor Business Park, Carlisle CA6 4SJ (ref 52.314). Any supporting statements or objections with respect to the Order can be sent in writing to the Countryside Mapping Team, (by post or email as addresses above) to be received not later than 18 January 2018 and should state the grounds on which they are made. If no objections are duly made to the Order, or to any part of it, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Cumbria County Council instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Environment any representations and objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it
