NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Paul Redmayne deceased late of 4 Ivy Garth Sedbergh Road Kendal Cumbria LA9 6AR who died on 27th June 2017 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of such claim or interest to the undersigned, the solicitors for the Executors, on or before 23rd January 2018 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they then have notice
