The application maybe inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Bolton Town Hall Bolton BL11RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 05 October 2017. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 02 November 2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
