LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Finest Foods at 11 Gilnow Road, Bolton, BL1 4LL have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises Licence
The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:-

Hours Premises Open to the public Monday to Sunday 08:00hrs to 22:30hrs Supply of Alcohol off The Premises Monday to Sunday 08:00hrs to 22:30hrs

The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Bolton Town Hall Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 20 September 2017. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 18 October 2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
