PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that an application was made to Bolton Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 3rd August 2017. Applicant: Motor Fuel Ltd. Address of premises: Convenience Store, Meadow Filling Station, 1041 Bury Road, Bolton BL2 6PY Proposed licensable activities: Hie supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises and the provision of late night refreshment. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day. Supply of alcohol 06.00 to 23.00. Late night refreshment 23.00 to 05.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: 'Licensing Team, Bolton Council, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bolton BL1 1RU. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 31st August 2017.
