THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 GARSTANG AVENUE - TEMPORARY CLOSURE
The Council intends to make an order, operative from 17 November 2019 for 1 day approx, the effect of which will be to implement one-way traffic on Garstang Avenue, from Back Bury Rd to Bury Rd, permitted direction northbound. Alternative routes for other traffic will be signed. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
