ROSE LEA TEMPORARY CLOSURE
THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTIONS 14(1) AND 16(1) THE BOLTON (ROSE LEA, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.87) ORDER 2017 The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 27 July 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Rose Lea, from Brook Gardens for a distance of 100m. Alternative route will be via Ruins Lane, Hardy Mill Rd, Longsight Lane, Hough Fold Way. The Order is necessary due to gas works which will last for approximately 7 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
