Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a Variation of an Existing Premises, Licence

WE TURTON WINES LIMITED of 270 Darwen Road, Bolton, BL7 9JG have applied to the Bolton Council for a variation of the existing Premises Licence Number PLA0871. The variation applied for is to permit the following:-
1. The supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Sunday to Thursday between 11:00 hours and 23:00 hours.

2. The supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Friday and Saturday between 11:00 hours and 23:00 hours

The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton, BL1 1RU between the hours of 09.00 hours and 16.30 hours on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any "Interested Party" or "Responsible Authority" may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the date after the application was lodged with the Council that day being 25th May 2017. The last date for representations to be made will therefore be the 22nd June 2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.00.
