ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
THE BOLTON (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 13 TURTON BROMLEY CROSS) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO. ) ORDER 2017

The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice.

The effect of which will be operative from 10th July 2017 to 15th July 2017 inclusive and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath No. 13 Turton Bromley Cross from Chapeltown Road in a generally east south easterly direction to Shady Lane over a total distance of approximately 22 metres.

An alternative route will be available commencing from Chapeltown Road point A at grid reference SD 372923 413155 to Darwen Road then Shady Lane point B at grid reference SD 372943 413147 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order Plan.

The Order is necessary to facilitate essential rail crossing works and will continue from 10th July 2017 to 15th July 2017 inclusive.
