THE BOLTON (HALLIWELL ROAD, BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.11) ORDER 2017
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, the effect of which, being operative from 19 March 2017, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from entering, stopping, standing, waiting, loading, unloading or otherwise remaining at rest in Halliwell Road, from Darwin St to Horace St. Alternative route will be via Blackburn Road and Moss Bank Way. The Order is necessary due to a manhole repair which will last for approximately 1 day and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
