(Temporary Prohibition Of Right And Left Turn, Traffic Restrictions) Order 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Fibrus to carry out utility works ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to:

1. Prohibit any vehicle from making a right turn from Oxenholme Road, Kendal onto Kendal Parks Road;

2. Prohibit any vehicle from making a left turn from Kendal Parks Road, Kendal onto Oxenholme Road.

Vehicles wishing to gain access to Kendal Park Road and Oxenholme Road during the 'no right and left hand turn restrictions', should proceed along Oxenholme Road and Burton Road, around the roundabout.

The Order will come into operation on 23 January 2023 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restrictions will only be required for 1 week, only between 1800 and 2200 hours, and only as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
