Notice is given in accordance with section 15(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006 that Bolton Council, Department of Children's Services, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU intends to make a prescribed alteration to Alexandra Maintained Nursery School, Martha Street, Bolton. BL3 4AD.

Following agreement between the school's Governing body and Bolton Council it is proposed to close Alexandra Maintained Nursery School with effect from 31 st August 2023. The proposed closure of Alexandra Maintained Nursery School is as a result of the financial viability of the nursery.
