NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to dispose of Land at Highfield Road and Patterson Street, Blackburn for the purposes of residential development. The land consists or forms part of an area of public open space. A plan showing the area of the public open space land intended to be sold and supporting documents can be provided by email on request, by emailing: vanessa.case@blackburn.gov.uk.
