The Lake District National Park Authority Notice Of Public Path Diversion And Definitive Map & Statement Modification Order 2022 Section 119 Highways Act 1980 Section 53a(2) Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 Diversion Of Footpath 511067, High Dam To High Stott Park, Finsthwaite, Colton Parish

The above order made or 15 November 2022 will divert part of the footpath between just north of the High Dam car park road (SD 369 882) and just south of High Stott Park (SD 371 885) to a new line around 30 metres to the east as shown on the order plan.
