We, The Swan Hotel (Newby Bridge) Limited, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been submitted to South Lakeland District Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in relation to The Swan Hotel, Newby Bridge, Ulverston LA12 8NB, a brief description of the nature of the proposed variation being as follows: To amend the plans that accompany the premises licence to extend the licensable area to Include a new spa and extended hotel facilities, including a new cafe area and external area. There are no proposed changes to timings or licensable activities. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application.
