NOTICE OF DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDERS
WILDLIFE & COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981 - SECTION 53
OCCUPATION LANE - MODIFICATION OF DEFINITIVE MAP TO ADD TWO BRIDLEWAYS


The above orders, made or 3 August 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for the area by modifying the definitive map by adding two sections of bridleway along Occupation Lane between Station Road in Broughton (SD 2122 8742), and Bush Green on the A595 (SD 2091 8664).

A copy of the orders and plans may be seen during office hours at South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ at the Lake District National Park Authority, Wayfaring House, Murley Moss, Oxenholme Road, Kendal, LA9 7RL and at 1 The Square, Broughton-in-Furness LA20 6JF. Any representation about, or objection to either of the orders should be sent in writing to Rights of Way Team at the above (LDNPA) address and to nick.thorne@lakedistrict.gov.uk to arrive no later than 21 October 2022.You must state which order you are objecting to, and the grounds for the objection or representation for each must be included.

If we receive none, or if all received are withdrawn, we will confirm the unopposed orders. If the orders are submitted to the Secretary of State for confirmation we will include any outstanding representations or objections.
