THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (VARIOUS ROADS, SOUTH LAKELAND AREA) (CONSOLIDATION OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS) (ORDER 2002) (CRAG BROW, BOWN ESS-ON-WINDERMERE) VARIATION ORDER 2022
1. Cumbria County Council hereby give notice that on 1 March 2022 it made the above Order under Sections 1, 2, 19, 32, 35, 35A, 38, 45, 46, 47, 49, 51, 53 and 64 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The Order will come into operation on 21 March 2022 and its effect will be to remove an 18 metre length of the lower section of "Restricted Waiting 9.00 am - 6.00 am Full Week, Waiting Limited to 1 hour, Return Prohibited within 1 Hour" on Lake Road, Bowness-on-Windermere, and replace it with "No Waiting At Any Time" restrictions.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks of 1 March 2022 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
