SOUTH LAKELAND DISTRICT COUNCIL LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND Land at Aikrigg, off Parkside Road, Kendal, Cumbria NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that South Lakeland District Council intends to dispose of open space, by way of transfer to Rayner Rowen Developments Limited, being approximately 33 square metres and being amenity open space. A copy of the plan showing the extent of the open space to be sold (edged red) can be obtained by email request to nicola.cassidy@southlakeland.gov.uk or inspected at South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal LA9 4DQ during its office hours. This is a formal notice in so far as the land described above forms part of open space for the purposes of section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
