(VARIOUS ROADS - WEST OXFORDSHIRE) (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND PERMITTED PARKING) (VARIATION NO.**) ORDER 20**
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order - to Introduce new parking prohibitions in Witney is as follows.
Avenue Two (Parkside Business Park): New sections of 'No Waiting at Any Time' (Double Yellow Lines) parking prohibition on both sides for the section south of Its east/ west spur, approx. 50 metres south of the junction with Heynes Place.
The Oxfordshire County Council (Various Roads - West Oxfordshire) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Permitted Parking) Order 2002 (as amended) will be further amended accordingly.

(WITNEY AREA) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 6 September Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order, which comes into force on 15 September is to introduce areas of 20mph speed limit within Witney in place of the current 30mph limit as follows:
1. Cogges Area - comprising of Church Lane, Meadow View & Stanton Harcourt Road tor their entire lengths,

2. North-eastern Area - comprising of roads approximately bounded by the A4095 Woodstock Road & Jubilee Way, extending out to the following points:

i. Harvest Way at its junctions with a) the A40965 Woodstock Road at the northern end & b) Jubilee Road at the southern end,

ii. Madley Way at its junction with Jubilee Way,

iii. Waterford Road at its junction with Jubilee Way, and

3. Town Area - comprising of roads approximately bounded by the A415 Ducklington Lane, Welch Way & Witan Way, extending out to the following points:

i. Com Street at its junctions with a) the A415 Ducklington Lane roundabout at the western end, and b) Witan Way as its eastern end,

ii. Holloway Road at its junction with Welch Way,

iii. High Street at its junction with Welch Way,

iv. the section of Station Lane leading northwards from Witan Way, at its junction with Witan Way, and

v. Welch Way from its junction with High Street to its junction with Woodford Way.

The Oxfordshire County Council (Witney Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2020 is revoked/replaced. Documents giving details of the proposal are available for public inspection online by visiting:
