THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (U2843 STATION 5TREET AND U2809 LAWSON STREET, MARYPORT) [TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME AND NO LOADING OR UNLOADING AT ANY TIME, TRAFFIC RESTRICTION) ORDER 2021
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Envevo Ltd to carry out overhead cabling works ("the Works"), the County Council of Cumbria intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle to wait at any time, on any day or to load and unload, at any time, on any day (including blue badge holders), along the following lengths of road:
1. U2809 Lawson Street, Mary port (north west side), from a point 107m north east of its junction with Station Street to a point 30m north of its junction with Station Street; and

2. U2809 Lawson Street, Maryport (south east side), from a point 5m south west of its junction with Lower Senhouse Street to a point 45m south west of its junction with Lower Senhouse Street

3. U2809 Lawson Street, Maryport (south east side), from a point 30m north east of its junction with Station Street to a point 54m north east of its junction with Station Street.

4. U2843 Station Street, Maryport (north east side) From a point 6m south east of its junction with Lawson Street to a point 79m south east of its junction with Lawson Street.

Nothing in the Order to which this notice relates shall:
(i) Apply to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform; and

The Order will come into operation on 5 August 2021 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months, However, please note that it is anticipated that the restrictions will only be required for I day and only as and when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
