LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A NEW PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE is hereby given that Robert Cowan has applied to Carlisle City Council for a Premises Licence at The Fleece at Ruleholme, Ruleholme, Irthington, Carlisle CA6 4NF to allow the sale / supply of alcohol and/or to allow the holding of Regulated Entertainment to include: - Music, Singing, Dancing, Live performers, Playing of recorded sound, Sporting/game competitions in the presence of an audience (including but not limited to, darts and snooker/pool etc) Other forms of live dance, Showing of a film, Performance of a play; and/or late night refreshment between the hours of Mon Sat 0700hrs 0100hrs and Sun 0700hrs midnight. Any person intending to make relevant representations on this application should submit them in writing not later than 5th July 2021 to the Licensing Manager, Governance Directorate, Carlisle City Council, Civic Centre, Rickergate, Carlisle CA3 8QG or by emailing licensing@carlisle.gov.uk.
