MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR MLA/2020/00503 Cumbria Count/ Council gabion replacement works.

Notice Is hereby given that Cumbria Count/ Council, Economy and Infrastructure Directorate, Joseph Noble Road, Lillyhall, Workington, CAI4 4JH has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake replacement works to failed gabion baskets and the installation of rock revetments to provide temporary erosion defences.
