Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence
Cooperative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the Premises licence at 32 King Street Aspatria Cumbria CA7 3AA, to vary the layout due to an extension of the premises which will increase the licensed area, to vary times when sale of alcohol may take place Mon-Sun to 06:00-23:00 and to remove embedded restrictions prohibiting the sale of alcohol on various days at various times. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to licensing, Allerdale Borough Council, Allerdale House Workington Cumbria CA14 3YJ or 

 by 3 December 2020. The application may be viewed at Allerdale Borough Council during opening hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement it connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
