THE COUNTY OF CUMBRIA (CHURCH STREET AND KELLS PLACE, CARLISLE) (TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME AND NO LOADING / UNLOADING AT ANY TIME, ON ANY DAY RESTRICTION) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable Northern Gas Networks to carry out works for gas mains replacement ("the Works"), the Count/ Council of Cumbria has made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle to wait at any time or to load/unload at any time, on any day along the following lengths of road;
1. Church Street, Carlisle (north-west side) - from its junction with Church Terrace, extending in a north easterly direction for approx. 60m; and

2. Kells Place, Carlisle (north side) - from its junction with Knowe Terrace, extending in a south easterly direction for approx. 40m.

Nothing in the Order to which this notice relates shall apply to vehicles being used in connection with the Works

The Order will come into operation on 2 December 2019 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen
months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restrictions will only be required for 2 weeks and only as and
when the relevant traffic signs are displayed.
