Application For A Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

Paul Roper has applied to Allerdale Borough Council for a Premises Licence for Sunnyside Guest House, 25 Southey Street, Keswick, CA12 4EF for the sale / supply of alcohol to residents only between the following hours: Monday to Sunday between 0:00 and 23:59 including Christmas day, Boxing day and other public holidays. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
