(FOOTPATH NO 501018 PARISH OF ALDINGHAM) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

The above named Order made on 16 July 2019 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 will divert that section of public footpath no 501018 at Moat Scar from grid reference 327668 469969 487 metres southwestwards to grid reference 327396 469569; to run from grid reference 327668 469969 150 metres southeastwards to gate at grid reference 327744 469845; then continuing a further 50 metres to grid reference 327761 469799; turning southwestwards for 206 metres to gate at grid reference 327602 469669; then 230 metres to grid reference 327396 469569. The width of the new path will be 2 metres.
