The West Cumbrian college is inviting businesses in Cumbria to find out more about reforms to apprenticeships.
The college’s ‘Get Ready’ information event on Tuesday, March 7th will provide guidance on all elements of the reforms, including maximising the apprenticeship levy, new funding incentives and new apprenticeship standards.
Employers who are unable to attend the event can still access support from the college by contacting them on 01946 839300 or via email at niamhh@lcwc.ac.uk and speaking to a Business Account Manager, who will be able to arrange a follow-up visit or telephone call.
Lakes College has delivered qualifications to over 1,500 apprentices and 500 employers across a wide range of occupations and levels.
A recent Skills Funding Agency National Employer Survey rated the college second in the UK, with 98.8% overall satisfaction for apprenticeship delivery.
