A paper and paperboard company is hiring a head of HR based in Workington.

Holmen Board & Paper has teamed up with Realise HR, a human resource consulting firm in Carlisle, to hire the new position for their Workington Mill.

Reporting to the managing director, the role will oversee the HR Strategy and People function, advising on areas such as succession planning, rewards and benefits, talent management, performance and salary reviews, equality, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, employment law and ACAS regulations.
