TIME is running out to enter Cumbria's premier business competition, the CN Group Business Awards.
Entries close a week on Monday, August 1.
The awards are run by CN Group, the parent company of in-Cumbria.com, to recognise and celebrate the county's most enterprising, innovative and dynamic businesses and the people who run them.
They are free to enter and open to any business trading in Cumbria.
There are 15 categories covering manufacturers, service businesses, new businesses, innovation, training, exporters, community involvement, environment, agri-businesses, tourism, use of the media, customer service, social enterprises, and rising stars, as well the coveted ‘businessperson of the year’ won last year by Mark Telford of Forth Engineering in Maryport.
Entrants can put their names forward in any number of categories.
Previous entrants and winners are welcome to enter again.
All shortlisted entries receive coverage in CN Group newspapers and websites and finalists get two complimentary tickets for the awards dinner at the Low Wood Bay Resort Hotel, Ambleside, on October 20.
