A RENOWNED brewery is set to embark on a new scheme to produce five new beers in just five weeks.
Hawkshead Brewery is on a quest to dazzle the taste buds of beer enthusiasts across South Cumbria through an exciting new range of beers.
Some of these beers have been brewed with ingredients rarely seen before in a beer and are only available directly through the brewery on designated launch days.
The first beer will be Raspberry Sour - a 3.3 per cent Berliner Weisse-style beer with whole fresh raspberries aged in oak wine casks that have previously held Red Burgundy (Pinot Noir grapes).
Raspberry Sour will be launched at 6pm on Friday August 28 at The Beer Hall at Hawkshead Brewery.
The following four weeks will see the launch of a different beer, all concocted by head brewer Matt Clarke.
