Two Lake District holiday parks have won an award for the fourth year in a row.

Parkdean Resorts, Fallbarrow and Limefitt, won the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards.

The title honours select accommodations, attractions and restaurants in the top ten per cent of listings.

The resorts' 2024 performance at the awards is the company's best ever display, with 23 of their facilities taking back a prize.

Operations director at Parkdean Resorts, Barrie Robinson, said: "Winning the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Award means everything to our teams, who do so much to help our guests make lasting memories with their families.

"Guest feedback is hugely important to us, so it’s great to be able to celebrate the outstanding reviews we have received from the people who visit our parks."

Parkdean Resorts, which employs more than 8,000 people, last year welcomed more than three million vacationers to its 66 parks.

Feedback scores at the end of 2023 revealed high levels of customer satisfaction with 4.2/5 on Google, 4.5/5 on Facebook and 4.1/5 on TripAdvisor.

Eighty five per cent of visitors also said they would recommend Parkdean Resorts.
