Realise HR, a reputable HR consultancy firm from Carlisle, Cumbria, will represent the region on a national scale after being shortlisted in two categories at the forthcoming 2024 HR Awards.

The nominations recognise the company as competitors in both the HR Consultancy and SME of the Year categories.

Promising quality services across the United Kingdom and Europe, Realise HR proves versatile with its various tailor-made services.

They offer their support in four sectors: Outsourced HR-managed services to SME businesses, larger scale HR consultancy support, recruitment solutions, and customised learning and development initiatives for managers and leaders.

The nominations come after a significant growth period for Realise HR, as they recently secured contracts with the likes of pladis PLC, Lloyd Pharmacy Clinical Healthcare and Amcor plc.

Realise HR has already been recognised at the local BECBC Awards for Micro Business of the Year.

Founder and CEO Claire McLean said: "We are absolutely delighted to be nominated for not one but two prestigious awards within this competitive field.

"It recognises the dedication that our team of HR specialists have for both our clients and their employees.

"No matter the size of our clients, we pride ourselves on providing caring yet practical advice and training that creates growth for both the company and their teams.

"We can’t wait to fly the flag for Cumbrian businesses at the awards night in London in April."

The HR Awards, supported by New Possible, saw more than 300 businesses apply for a range of awards.

Nate Harwood, founder of New Possible and British HR Awards judge, expressed the enthusiasm surrounding this year's nominations.

He said: "With a 40 per cent increase in the number of entries this year, judging was both a great privilege and a real challenge.

"Congratulations to all the Finalists who have demonstrated the passion, commitment, and talent at the beating heart of British HR".
