Are you interested in starting your career in an education role?

With our expertise in education and hard-working tutors, System People have recently announced our Early Years Skills Bootcamps that can lead directly into an accelerated apprenticeship.
With brand new government funding, we are now able to offer an accelerated pathway into the Early Years Level 3 Apprenticeship, allowing a two-week Skills Bootcamp instead of completing a Level 2 Apprenticeship first.
With this route, you can reduce your apprenticeship by three months.
The Early Years Level 3 Apprenticeship is ideal for anyone who has experience of being in a school, whether through volunteering or a current role without any qualifications.
Equally, if you are someone who has always wanted to work with children but never had the opportunity to find the right training path, this could be the right fit.
With our expert tutelage alongside hands-on work within schools and nurseries, you will find an incredible start to an early years career.
You will get to learn in the workplace, becoming a key worker for children.
This will entail mapping their development and planning next steps.
As you work in the education setting, you may have the opportunity to work with families and outside agencies to meet individual children’s needs.
Once you have completed this accelerated apprenticeship, you will hold the Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and be able to apply for any vacancies within private or school nursery and reception class settings.
Alongside this accelerated apprenticeship, we also have traditional Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeship routes into early years and teaching assistant roles.
These are perfect for people at the beginning of their career, or wanting to make a move into the education sector.
You will be able to gain hands-on experience in the workplace alongside your studies, allowing you to be paid an apprenticeship wage.
The Level 3 includes the opportunity to gain your level 3 and 5 diplomas.
If you, or someone you know, are interested in furthering your early years career, we also offer the Early Years Lead Practitioner Level 5 Apprenticeship. This is perfect for people already working in nurseries or schools who want to excel and move up. You will serve as a role model for play-based learning, helping others enhance their teaching methods and taking on the duty of ensuring the overall quality of learning and development within their educational setting.
If you are interested in any of the above, or simply want to talk about your options with our experienced team, please feel free to reach out to us today.
