A KENDAL man has been handed a driving ban.
Matthew Atherton, of Green Road, pleaded guilty to driving while over the limit for Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol on Windermere Road on January 27.
The 21-year-old was banned for 12 months by magistrates when he appeared at court in Barrow and fined £358.
He was also ordered to pay £85 in costs and a £143 surcharge.
