Happy New Year to all from the Auction House Cumbria Team. We are looking forward to another seven auctions in 2023 and welcoming buyers and sellers, old and new.
We are now listing lots for our first auction of the year, on Thursday, February 9th which will be held at The Halston Hotel, Carlisle from 12 noon.
Auction lots can include:
- Residential or commercial
- Vacant or tenanted
- Land

2022 STATS!
We started the year with our first auction still behind closed doors, but come April, we welcomed bidders back in the room. Over the year, we offered 227 properties over the seven auctions with an average 95% sold. Over 1000 registered bidders, bidding by telephone, proxy, internet or in person.
