A 'new and improved' Greggs outlet will be opening in Penrith.
The franchise will see the original Greggs on Devonshire Street move to the adjacent unit at number 5/6 Devonshire Street, maximising usage of the space on offer.
The store is expected to return in the coming weeks, with the original shop on Devonshire Street remaining closed for the time being.
A spokesperson from Greggs said: "We're excited to be welcoming customers into our new and improved shop, relocating from 4 Devonshire Street to a larger unit at 5-6 Devonshire Street.
"Returning to usual service in the next coming weeks, the shop will stock freshly prepared Greggs favourites, including the new Christmas menu offerings: the Festive Bake, all-new Vegan Turkey-Free & Stuffing Baguette, Pigs Under Blankets Baguette and festive hot drink range.”
