Preparations are well underway for the ninth annual Carlisle skills fair to be held at Carlisle College on Thursday, January 26 2023.
Over 40 local businesses and training providers have already signed up to take part.
Carlisle MP John Stevenson said: "I am delighted at the response from businesses in the area and the support I am seeing already.
"This year’s 2022 skills fair was well attended by students, job seekers, local employers and training providers and it already looks like the 2023 event will be bigger and better.
"It is not too late to sign up and all businesses are very welcome.
