BUSINESS owners in Whitehaven are being urged to get their windows Christmas-ready ahead of a festive window dressing challenge.
The Christmas window display competition is run every year by the Whitehaven and District Chamber of Trade. Judging will take place the first week of December.
A number of businesses have already entered but there is still time for traders to join in the festive fun.
Charles Maudling, chairman of Whitehaven and District Chamber of Trade, said: “We have a lot of entrants so far but a gentle reminder to those who have not entered yet, to do so. Message me on Facebook or drop in to Charles Menswear.”
Last year’s competition was won by Little Whims in the marketplace for its display based on Gulliver's Travels by Jonathan Swift.
