2 Sisters Food Group’s Carlisle site, Cavaghan and Gray, is set to transform its HR division as it continues in its trajectory to create a ‘world-class’ business through investment at its UK facilities.

2 Sisters is the UK’s largest food manufacturer, employing over 13,500 people nationwide producing own label products for some of the country’s leading supermarket brands. The change and additions to its people function will ensure that it can sustainably meet the needs of its Carlisle-based workforce, as well as to continue building relationships with local schools, colleges, and community organisations.
