WITH dreadlocks on full show, reggae band Dreadzone is to return to The Brewery Arts Centre.

The band celebrates their 30th anniversary next year with a new studio album and a tour. Dreadzone will visit Kendal on October 21, as part of a tour across the UK over October, November, and December.

The line-up in Dreadzone include Gregg Dread and bass master Le Williams, with reggae vocalist Earl 16. New member Blake Robert, who is Gregg's son, will be on guitar.

Dreadzone opened the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury in 1994. Several of their singles charted over the years, including top 20 hit 'Little Britain.'

Their last studio album 'Dread Times' went into the Top 40 UK Official Album Charts on release, the first time the band has charted in over 20 years.

The band has also recently featured on the collaborative album Dubwiser Volume Two, which went to number 13 on the Official Album Compilation Chart.
