A CAFE and bed and breakfast is due to go under the hammer.
The Square Cafe at Broughton is listed with a guide price of £330,000.
The Grade II listed building is due to be sold at auction next month.
A listing by Auction House Cumbria described it as :"A prominent Grade II listed building overlooking The Square in the popular market town of Broughton in Furness.
"The property is currently trading as a Cafe & kitchen to the ground floor, three B & B bedrooms, bathroom & WC to the first floor, owner's accommodation and bathroom to the second floor plus basement rooms. Carport and store to the rear."
The auction is due to take place on September 1 at The Halston Hotel in Carlisle.
