Phil Wilson, GSK ZSC Site Director says "GSK Zinnat Supply Chain are once again delighted to be the associate partner of the Pride of Cumbria Awards 2022. These awards recognise the extraordinary achievements of people within our community, and it makes us very proud to be a part of the event.
GSK has been within the South Lakes community for 75 years and we have had the fortunate opportunity to support events such like the Pride of Cumbria which enable us to give thanks to the fantastic people who go the extra mile in making our lives and the lives of our families and friends easier, better or safer.
Often these unsung heroes go unnoticed, however the Pride of Cumbria allows us to nominate people and hear about the fantastic work or acts of kindness that are happening each day. A truly wonderful event, that shows peoples willingness and desire to participate in activities that promote a community.
We are sponsoring the ‘Young Person of the Year Award’ again this year. The last 12 months have continued to challenge our people under the age of 16, exceptional circumstances create exceptional people, and we are excited to hear their stories".
