TOWN: Barrow BID announce opening date for first business in pop-up shop
THE opening date for the first business to secure the opportunity in a new pop-up shop scheme has been revealed.
Earlier this month Barrow Business Improvement District introduced a pop-up shop where businesses can try high street retail for a short period of time and see if it is right for them before permanently moving into a premises in the town centre.
Rose Vintage & Retro. managed by Becki Fishwick, a local singer and vintage enthusiast, will open on Saturday, October 30.
The BID will help the business set up by offering a high street unit in the heart of Barrow town centre at 81 Dalton Road for only £300 for two months which includes VAT, Wi-Fi, electric and water.
