Nuffield Health fitness centre, situated in Hollywood Park, Barrow are offering free day trials for any members that would like to bring any family or friends to try out the club.
There will be in-gym challenges winning prizes for the centre as well as giveaways and much more.

National fitness day is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping raise awareness of its importance in helping people lead a healthier lifestyles through being physical active.
