FOR SALE: Valley View in Mount Pleasant, Dalton
A TEN bedroom hotel is still up for sale - a year after it was first put on the market,
Valley View, formally known as Clarence House in Mount Pleasant, Dalton was put on the market last year for offers in the region of £1.75m.
The hotel has now reduced its asking price to offers around £1.7m. Clarence House relaunched under the new name Valley View two years ago.
The restaurant was converted to a cafe and gift shop after the previous owners' daughter Victoria Barber-Bolam took over the day-to-day running of the business.
