'Apologies for inconvenience caused'-Ferrry service temporarily suspended
Windermere Ferry has been temporarily suspended this morning due to strong winds.
According to the company the service will resume 'as soon as possible'.
A spokesman said: "Windermere Ferry service is temporarily suspended due to winds from the south and difficulties landing.
"Apologies for inconvenience caused, we will resume service as soon as possible."
