The properties are due to be sold at auctions in July.
A two bedroom home in Millom's Newton Street is listed with a guide price of £10,000.
In Frizington a home a two bedroom terraced house is listed for just £5,000.
The property in Main Street 'requires modernisation throughout'.
A property in Workington is also due to go under the hammer with a guide price of £5,000.
The former social club in John Street is 'ideal for conversion to residential' and 'requires refurbishment'.
It is to go up for auction with Taylor James Auctions on July 8.
The other properties are due to be sold by Bonde Wolfe Auctions on July 21.
