A BARROW hotel is currently on the market for £550k.
The three-star Gables hotel in Abbey Road is up for sale
The hotel, which has 16 bedrooms, has been in the owners hands since 1989 and boasts a turnover of £80,000 a year.
Open since the 1950s, it has a lounge area and dining room for 50 guests.
Accommodation for owners comprises a lounge, bathroom and two double bedrooms.
According to the agent Farrell Heyworth, the hotel is 'extremely popular due to its location and internal viewing is highly recommended.'
