A SCHOOL in Kendal has confirmed that an incident near Sandylands Park yesterday did not involve one of its pupils.
A spokesman from Sandgate School reported that it was a member of their staff who was attended to by an air ambulance yesterday morning.
A North West Air Ambulance spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that Helimed 72 attended an incident near Sandylands Park in Kendal yesterday at around 10am.
“The incident involved an adult patient.
“North West Air Ambulance transferred the patient by air to hospital.”
